Hyper pigmentation is a common, usually harmless condition in which patches of skin become darker in color than the normal surrounding skin. But the condition is very embarrassing. The sufferer has the symptoms of depression, inferior complexity. 

They often lose the chance in many jobs, where beauty in the priority. 

This darkening occurs when an excess of melanin, the brown pigment that produces normal skin color, forms deposits in the skin. Hyper pigmentation can affect the skin color of people of any race. 


The causes could be:- 

-Addison’s disease
- hormonal imbalance like in pregnancy 
- post inflammatory in acne sufferer 
- drug induced 
- sun exposure
